TIMESCALES
Some jewellery is made and in stock – you can find these pieces under the ready to post jewellery section on the website. Others are handmade to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for your jewellery to be made. If you need your order for a particular date, please check before ordering and I will give you an ETA!
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Your jewellery will be sent in a branded AH Jewellery gift box and carefully packaged inside a cardboard postal box.
Orders are sent via 1st class Signed For delivery, Special Delivery or International Tracked and Signed delivery for orders outside the UK.
GIVING AS A GIFT?
Your order can be sent directly to the lucky recipient. If you’d like a note including, please indicate what you’d like it to say in the notes at the checkout. There is no paperwork relating to cost of the order within the package.

JEWELLERY CARE
To keep your jewellery looking lovely, avoid contact with perfume or moisturisers and do not wear jewellery in shower or swimming pool, as this can cause discolouration.
Silver, copper and brass will all darken and discolour over time due to the reaction with atmospheric oxygen. When not being worn, your silver should ideally be stored in a sealed box or bag to slow tarnishing.
To restore the original shine to silver, use a silver polishing cloth. This can also be used on copper and brass, although they may need to be polished with a gentle polishing compound to restore their original shine.
My jewellery is all handmade in Halifax, Yorkshire. There may be small variations between each piece, so your jewellery may look slightly different to the piece pictured.
